Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex real life problems and drive innovation in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and drive innovation.
• Research and apply the latest ML-technologies
• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for production use
• Build end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Train billion-parameter scale language models
• Build scalable ML pipelines
• Integrate models in our production cloud environment
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for machine learning models
• Design and develop highly scalable asynchronous backend and agentic framework, with a strong focus on performance and reliability
• Work confidently with databases and modern asynchronous system architectures
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed machine learning models in production, and iteratively improve their accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to gather requirements, understand problem domains, and define project goals
• Actively participate in agile activities (Jira), including daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven industry experience (5+ years) in Machine learning and Natural Language Processing
• Proven experience designing, fine-tuning, and rigorously evaluating large language models (LLMs) for deployment in production environments
• Hands-on expertise building and operationalizing end-to-end RAG pipelines, from data ingestion to scalable serving
• Strong programming skills in any of these languages Python, Rust
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)
• Experience working with large language models and embedding models, as well as other NLP technologies
• Azure or AWS experience
• Self driven/motivated attitude
• Flexibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Proactivity, collaborating mindset
