Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based on your solid technical background and process experience, you will evaluate customers’ most valuable AI-related needs and work with Raiqon’s technical team to implement convincing solutions into our product. In addition, you will also conduct workshops and presentations and support PoCs to establish a vision match between the customers needs and the capabilities of the Raiqon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with large industrial enterprises to understand their needs for AI-solutions i.e. in the automotive domain and consolidate insights into actionable information for product management
  • Research and apply the latest AI-technologies
  • Integrate models in our production cloud environment
  • Evaluate LLMs for production use and train billion-parameter scale language models
  • Conduct engaging and informative Workshops, Product Presentations, Webinars, etc. of our products to potential clients addressing customer needs while showcasing the value and benefits of our product
  • Manage PoC projects ensuring that customers are able to verify measurable benefits of the Raiqon platform on their R&D processes recognize and derive the  the measurable impact   
  • Manage technical Customer Requests: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information to support their decision-making process
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize account growth initiatives, refine messaging, and develop sales collateral that resonates with targeted audiences

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence concepts and technologies 
  • Strong understanding of processes, methods and tools in the automotive industry
  • Emphatic, collaborative and customer focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving 
  • 5 years experience as a Pre Sales Consultant, Solution Engineer, or in a similar role
  • Experience working with large language model systems end-to-end, including RAG pipelines, and proficiency in machine learning frameworks
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Fun in working as part of a highly skilled and competitive team with flat hierarchies
